Terms and conditions

All lists bought from Hamilton House are subject to our standard terms and conditions. Additionally the following terms specifically relate to email purchases:

E1: Where Hamilton House supplies an email mailing list for the customer to use, the use of the list is at the discretion of the customer.  In particular Hamilton accepts no responsibility for the results of using the list - including (by way of example but not exclusively) the blocking of the sender by the recipient, or the withdrawal of service by the customer's service provider.

E2: Email addresses change far faster than mail addresses, and thus no guarantee is given or can be given for the accuracy of any supplied list.

E3: Hamilton believes that the lists it supplies come from reliable sources but cannot and do not verify the data supplied except where it specifically owns an email list (as with for example the Education Management list).
